Anatomy of the Hip

Hip Flexors
The hip flexors include the psoas major, iliacus, rectus femoris, and sartorius. These muscles flex the hip, bringing the knee toward the chest. 2. Glute Bridge
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Drive through your heels to lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees. 3. Romanian Deadlift

Stand in front of a box or bench. Step up with one foot and drive through the heel to stand on the box. Lower back down under control. 9. Cable Pull-Through
Stand facing away from a cable machine with a rope attachment between your legs. 10. Kettlebell Swing

Frequency

Progression
